COLD PRESSING
Traditional juicers generate up to several thousand revolutions per minute. As a result, the juice is heated, and vitamins and microelements are broken down. In addition, the juice oxidizes, which deteriorates its taste and color. Meanwhile, GOTIE slow juicers offer cold pressing. The secret of juicers is their low speed: fruits and vegetables are pressed delicately and more of the nutritional values is preserved. A specially constructed auger forces the juice through a screen made of hardened steel, without any loss of nutritional value.

The devices of the GSJ-630 line are equipped with two inlet openings: the inlet tube with a wide opening facilitates the application of larger products, while the narrow one is suitable for oblong vegetables, such as carrots. The auger with a unique, elongated shape makes it easier to pick up the thrown particles without the need for a pusher. Ergonomic stoppers in the bowl prevent dripping and allow you to mix juices from different products. When a particle gets stuck in the bowl, you can easily unlock it by using reverse gear.
